Our work thrives on networking. We collaborate with various partners and supporters to achieve our goal. The project consists of three structural elements:

The HGM Steering Committee sets the strategic direction of the HGM process, defines goals and guidelines and decides on the distribution of resources, among other things.

The HGM expert panel is made up of participants from various departments at the university who are already doing effective work in the context of health promotion. It forms the "ear to the staff". With the mix of existing expertise and needs-based analyses, new offers and ideas for future health-related measures are initiated.

The HGM office performs conceptual and administrative work in equal measure, for example in quality management, in the survey of the current situation and needs as well as in the conception and implementation of health topics.
